U.S. Navy Sailor Costs

Navy was there when I stopped by...going over specifics with Brian, Leslie, Kaitlyn and Ally Jo. Not a discussion I ever want to have about my kid.
Sounds like the navy will cover funeral costs up to a point. Thanks again for your help and prayers for the Doyle family.

21 year old Devon Doyle fell to his death from the balcony of a Bahrain hotel room. He is the only son of my close friends Brian & Leslie Doyle of Alamosa, Colorado. They were contacted while attending a graduation ceremony in Albuquerque but not given any details about their son until they arrived home. The navy, following protocol, then visited their home to tell them about their son. As of yet, they have not been given the exact details of what happened...but I can tell you first-hand that their home is a sad place...I just returned from my visit. This family has been struggling financially and had another funeral to cover 2 months ago (Brian's Dad's). So I wanted to see if I could help in some way.
Devon was an avid outdoorsman. He is shown here hunting elk with his sister and father. He is survived by his father, mother and 3 sisters (one of which will graduate this weekend).
