Tee Pads Fund

So most of you know that I am building a disc golf course on some land that I purchased up in Northern Wisconsin.   www.facebook.com/tjaderacres
 The course is basically done, but lacking concrete tee pads.  The plan was to do tee pads early this summer, but I have come down with an illness (reactive arthritis) that has brought my life to a screeching hault.  I have not been able to work for 3 weeks, and I have no idea when I can physically go back to work.  It is also frustrating not being able to work on my pride and joy.  I have put hundredsof man hours and heaps of my own money into this project and was getting so excited for it to be completed after 3 years of hard work.  I am asking for donations of any amount to get tee pads in as soon as possible. Watching my friends I've known for years, as well as the ones I've just recently met, come play my course is one of the most comforting things right now in my hectic life. Please help me to continue creating this dream of mine! Thanks in advance for any help!
