Unity3D iOS License

I work full time creating iOS apps using the Unity 3D game engine.  During my off time, I work on creating games, also with the Unity 3D game engine.

While the company I work for will probably buy their own Unity 3D iOS license in order to use the apps without a poster screen, I cannot legally use theirs to publish my own apps and games.  

It's an expensive license to save up for while trying to pay regular bills.  So I'm asking you all for a little help in affording one.  The games I'm working on in my spare time will make it worthwhile.
