My Pit Bull needs to see a vet

When I first found Sara in the streets I knew how scare people are of Pitt Bulls so I took her in my home and tried to find the owners.
Which took me some time and once I found the owners they said they didn't want her anymore.
As it was she need to see a vet with some other problems she was having which I paid for and didn't mind because I've 3 dogs of my own that I must take care.
Once I took her to the vet and told them how I came up with her they check to see if she had a electronic tag on her and sure enough she did.lol
So I contacted them and they ask me to take care of her till they could find a home for her and I said no problem.

But as life would have it my whole family fell in love with her over the next 3 months and that is how we decided to keep her.
But as I've been out of work these past few months and I can't afford to take her to the Vet so we can get her taken care of.

Please help me if you can.
