Uber driver needs new window

Early in the morning, I went to pick up an Uber rider at their apartments. While I was parked waiting,my back window of my car was shot out by someone in the apartments. I did not see anyone when it happened,but drove off,out of fear of my life. I called the police,and they could not find anyone. I filed a police report with them. I do not meet my insurance deductible,therefore I am going to have to pay $400 out of pocket. I am hoping that I may reach this goal.Anything will be appreciated. Thank you for your time.
