Jack is three years old, and due to a rough start fighting for his life he was born prematurely at 35 weeks but was left with cerebral Palsy (spastic quadraplegia). Jack is ever the fighter and amazing us with all the things that he is trying to do, but his body wont always let him. My aim for Jack is to become as independent and as included in day to day activities with the purchase of equipment that will allow him to do this. Funding is limited for all Jacks needs and often needs top up, we know that in the near future Jack will require the purchase of an electric wheelchair and car modifications so that we can transport him. Jack will require ongoing surgeries on his legs in order to help him with mobility development & pain management. what we are trying to raise is only a fraction of what we are aiming for .... Every cent of your generosity is appreciated
any residual funding will go into a special bank acount set up for Jack. Due to having another child with an intellectual disability and the caring role it can be financially draining.
