Cover Bathroom Costs at Mystic Moon

This is a page to encourage awareness, and also raise funds for helping to cover costs related to a MASSIVE clog of non-flushable items that has plagued the pipes of the Mystic Moon. Because some people in our community have been unable to heed signs, use trashcans in every stall, the store has had to spend a lot of money they don't have to have a professional unclog a main sewage pipe. Debbie's message to the community is below, relating to this issue. As a community, I'd like to help take responsibility for the costs as well as raise awareness that flushable wipes are NOT flushable, and that sanitary items need to go in the trashcans in the stalls as signs posted in the bathroom indicate. If you give just one dollar, or even just repost this page, we can raise awareness about this issue and cover at least some of the costs for the plumber. Please remember without these bathrooms being functional, Mystic Moon cannot host events.

Greetings Folks. This is IMPORTANT!
I have a rather unpleasant subject to address..as much money, love, hard work and devotion that was infused into the bathroom project at Mystic Moon, I must speak. In the last month it has cost me almost 700.00 for clogged sewer issues. We bought a drain auger, rented drain augers, rented a portable toilet for April and now for May...The bathrooms have been closed down for days and days.
We had to call in professionals this morning as raw sewage was pouring out of the pipe..the professional plumber found a huge, solid block of women's sanitary items, diaper wipes and paper towels. He said there was a 50/50 chance of getting it cleared out, well, he did. For 300.00....thank The Gods..
I must ask, why? why would someone do this?? We ALL know what NOT to put in a toilet, I even have nice trash cans in each stall.
The bathrooms are such a blessing, they are so nice. It just breaks my heart to think that anyone could be so dis-respectful and distructive like this. I have to keep those restrooms open to be able to host ANY community events. Please, please, please, DO NOT put anything in the toilets except the required amount of toilet tissue. NO tampons, NO pads, NO diaper wipes, NO paper towels!!
It's rather embarassing to have to address this issue to grown adults and if it doesn't apply to some of you, I am sorry. I am just so stressed over this, and sad. That is all for now. :-(
