Hi my name is Antony and I'm starting a co-operative home renting business with my business partner Nick to help people get on the property ladder.
The way this works in a nutshell is for a tenant to accumulate 50% of the profit from the rent annually, until such a time they choose to move out and buy their own home. In which case the money they have accumulated will be given for the sole use of a deposit for buying their own home. This will help pay the ever increasing deposit needs the banks now demand.
As a home owner myself i found this to be a hurdle to have my own space and save for a deposit.
We hope to help a lot of hard working people to be able to afford their own home while still being able to be independent in their own space (not with mom and dad).
So I am looking for some funding to help me get this idea off the ground and help change a lot of peoples lives.
As you can imagine the banks wouldn't want to help me with this idea. So I'm asking for your help.
