Maria and Chris got married in August of 2009. While Chris has three wonderful boys from his previous marriage, he and Maria would like to add to their family. Maria was diagnosed with PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) at the young age of thirteen. Since then she has made it her mission to learn everything about the disease. She also recently lost over 50 pounds in hopes that it would help her conceive.
They have been trying for four years unsuccessfully. Unfortunately they even suffered two losses in less than a year. They recently went through a cycle with Clomid and another one with Femara. If this cycle doesn't take the next steps would be to do an IUI (Intrauterine Insemination).
So why do we need the funds? Because going through an IUI is 2x more expensive than timed intercourse. They do have insurance, but unfortunately it doesn't cover any fertility procedures. This is where you come in. With your help, hopefully their dream of becoming parents together and bringing home their rainbow baby will come true.
