Groundbreaking transgender athletes Enza Anderson and Savannah Burton are about to make history as the first Trans Rowers to compete in a marathon on August 24th in Ottawa. This will be the first time in the history of Canadian rowing that a Trans-inclusive rowing team will participate in a regatta. The long-term vision of the pilot project is to develop role model rowers within the Trans community that will encourage Trans Youth to actively participate in the sport.
Donate $5 to this historical endeavour, and you could WIN a box set of Season 1 of the Orange is the New Black, the official OITNB Prison cookbook, and copies of Time Magazine and The Advocate on which infamous Transgender actress Laverne Cox graces the covers!
