Trooper Brian Malast Van Fundraiser

Tax deductible
Dear Friend,

On October 23rd, 2005, New Jersey State Trooper Brian Malast while on duty and on patrol in a marked State Police vehicle, was involved in a very serious motor vehicle accident. Brian was airlifted from the crash scene and flown to Cooper Trauma Center in Camden. Doctors and other medical personnel saved his life but unfortunately he was paralyzed from the neck down. Over time, Brian returned home to his residence in Manchester, New Jersey where he lives today under 24 hour nursing care. Due to his medical condition, Brian relies upon a ventilator to breathe and a specially equipped van that his family uses to transport him.

Now more than ten years after the accident, the specially designed van that Brian needs for transport each and every time he leaves his residence, is no longer serviceable. In fact, its lack of reliability is an outright danger to his life.

With these facts in mind, we respectfully request that you consider assisting Trooper Brian Malast and his family by making a donation to the New Jersey State Troopers Non Commissioned Officers Association Foundation, Inc. Your donation will be specifically used to purchase and equip a new vehicle to transport Brian.

The STNCOA Foundation is a registered 501 (c) (3) charitable organization. Tax ID #56-2387240.
