No Hips/No Bartending/No Money...?!

My name is Todd Meredith and I'm a barender from Dover Delaware...I have been bartending for almost 12 yrs and love what I do.  The only downside is the medical benefits.  For the past few months I have been dealing with hip pain and have since found out that I have avascular necrosis in both hips and will need to undergo bilateral hip replacements.  I will be having surgery here in the very near future and am already out of work cause standing on my feet for 11-13 hrs a day just wont work anymore.  I'am looking for any help that you can give to assist me with my living expenses til I'am able to have surgery, recovery, and get back to work.  Thanks for any and everything!
