OG USA Rugby National Championship

Thank you for taking the time to consider a donation to help Old Gaelic Rugby reach the next level of USA Rugby playoffs.  Old Gaelic rugby is in its 40th year of competition and has one of the best chances in its history to bring home the USA Rugby championship.  Old Gaelic is registered 501c3 and therefore all donations are tax deductible. 

Old Gaelic is currently the East Penn Rugby Union Champion as well as the Mid-Atlantic conference champion.   With these accolades comes the opportunity to compete in Charlotte, NC on May 30 and 31.  If we are successful in NC, we move on to the USA Rugby finals in Colorado.  

In order for Old Gaelic to attend these prestigious events, we are going to need the financial assistance of friends, family, neighbors and businesses to make it possible. The budget for hotel rooms alone for the two events is close to $8,000.  Transportation costs for the two events  adds another $12,000 bringing the playoff total's to over$20,000.  That is money that we just don't have in our budget.  As a result, players that will be making the trip need to come up with the funds on their own. The cost for both weekends is approximately $700.00 per player. We are bringing 28 players.

If you would be willing to make a donation to help offset the costs for the players, it would be sincerely appreciated.   Old Gaelic is registered 501c3 and therefore all donations are tax deductible.  If you would prefer to receive a gift for your donation Old Gaelic will provide a t-shirt for any donation over $100.

Any donations that remain after travel costs have been covered will be used to continue to support the club through the purchase of equipment (pads, goalposts, balls, etc.) or through addition to our "home field" fund to ensure that future Old Gaelic players have a place to play.
