Our close friend TJ and his family suffered a large loss. The morning of January 15th, a fire engulfed the Mccorkle's home in Savage, Minnesota, with TJ inside. TJ managed to escape, by jumping thru his window off the second story. He was rushed to the hospital where he is in serious condition with second and third degree burns all over his body.
Luckily no one else was in the home, but the Mccorkles lost all of their belongings to the fire, including all of medical equipment that helped TJ's younger brother, who has muscular dystrophy.
TJ is expected to recover, and the family is presently getting housing help from The Salvation Army, but only for a couple days. They are worried where they will go after that.
TJ is an amazing, sweet young man with an amazing, loving family. They deserve the most love in return, and the kindness and generousity from anyone and everyone.
That is why we started this crowd fund - to give them the opportunity to bounce back, to get them back on their feet after this tragic incident.
