Help Tino the World's Greatest Love

Tino adopted me nine years ago. Valentino is his full name. On August 27th in Janesville, WI, we found one another. Tino's first family surrendered him. From what I know, they meant well, but Tino came "unfixed", with bad teeth because he ate mostly canned food, and with no innoculation records.
BUT, most IMPORTANTLY, he came as a lover, the World's Greatest Lover.
Tino used to have a "Fairy" Grandmother. Sadly, right now, no... we have all the love and none of the funds.
As a consequence of being neutered late in life, Tino's "boy parts" are very large and riddled with benign tumors. It's not good at all. To add perspective, he weighs 12 pounds and his "junk" is the size of his mother's fist.
His surgery is scheduled for Thursday November 6th. The vet will be performing much needed dental work in addition to the procedure to make him more comfortable.
