Dustin Campbell's Medical Expenses

My son Dustin needs back surgery. This campain is for up front copay/deductible he needs before he can have surgery, follow up care and his and family well being until he can return to work. He injured his back about 5 years ago and has dealt with the pain until it's unbearable at this point. He has degenerative disc disease where two of his discs are 50 percent gone and bone on bone, He has a bulging disc and nerve damage which has affected the feeling in his left hip. This is our only option for Dustin to get surgery so he can have a better quality of life because he is the only income in the family. He has a wife and two children (my grand babies) that depend on him. He is a hard working man that strives to provide for his family. Please help my son, my daughter's brother, my daughter-in-laws husband and my grand babies daddy!
