Thirsty (For Business) Thursday's

The Prince George’s County Economic Development Corporation (EDC) started “Thirsty (For Business Thursday’s)” networking receptions to give leaders in business, non-profits, government officials and community leaders an opportunity to network with each other in a relaxed setting. These events have grown quickly in popularity and interest with an on average attendance of 150+. The 1 1/2 hour long free networking opportunity events occur every last Thursday on every odd numbered month of the year. They are hosted by a different local restaurant or establishment.

These events are sponsored by the Economic Development community for the Economic Development community. No government money is used, just private investment. 

We need your help to keep them funded and growing. Each event costs around $3,000 to pay for all of the food, drinks and space. Any gift will make a difference. $5, $10, $20 dollar donations really do add up. Sustaining monthly $5, $10, $20 dollar donations can keep us going for the rest of the year.
