I'm working as a freelancer GUI designer, but whenever I have some freetime, I'm making themes upon requests. Mostly I get my votes from reddit (and occasionally at Deviantart). Making a theme takes about a month - for me at least - if I work 4-6 hours a day on it.
The themes I make are always free to download, and I'm available for troubleshooting via mail.
