"The Great Turning" Trilogy
What it's about:
The 100th anniversary of "The Great Turning" is approaching. That's when an asteroid hit the Earth, forever changing life as humans knew it. This three-book post-apocalyptic trilogy covers the aftermath of the epic event from three different chapters in time.
The first book is set near the 100th anniversary, and follows New North Americas Army officers Zola Wright and Russell Owens as they reach the end of their enlistment periods and attempt to return to civillian life. Zola is an assassin and Russell is the NNAA's top sniper...but if the NNAA can't have them, their opinion is that no one else can, either. Zola and Russell, along with Russell's partner, Ted, band together not just to survive their pursuers in the Yellowstone wilderness, but in love and life, too.
Book two is set shortly after The Great Turning, and follows Zola's ancestors, their struggle for survival, and her origins.
Book three follows Zola, Russell, and Ted's descendants, and well as those of their friends, and their saga.

With Hubby's help, I will be self-publishing these three books as Lesli Richardson, with the first to release in mid-July 2015, the second in mid-August 2015, and the third in mid-September 2015. Each book will be over 70k words long. While they have romantic elements, they aren't "erotic" books.
So why the campaign? Many of my regular readers know I have fibromyalgia, arthritis, and CFS. I'll be honest that right now, financially, it is a very lean time for Hubby and myself. I can only write so fast, and it seems file pirates are determined to put authors out of business. Instead of just begging, "Hey, please buy my books!" I'm trying something different to quickly get some cash flowing to keep us afloat.
Your support is greatly appreciated, and believe me, it will make a HUGE difference for us. There are different reward levels as well, if you can afford to give more. The rewards will be distributed at the end of June/beginning of July, meaning those people will get the books before the general public can buy them.
