For several generations, the Cunitz family has given us so much. The opportunity to share countless laughs, tears, and a few cold beverages. Now, in a time of need, it is our chance to give back to them. 

The Cunitz family put everything they had into operating the bar. It was a way of life. First and foremost, we must help them rebuild their lives and try to find a new sense of normalcy amid the chaos. 

And if the desire among them arises to rebuild the bar, we must give them every conceivable resource to do so. We all hope that insurance on the previous building aids in the effort. But the monetary burden of starting over will be significant. 

The sun may have set on the structure we all knew and loved. But with generosity, time, and hard work the sun may rise again, to allow us to build from the ashes.
