Help Get Taylor a Stroller!

My sister, Taylor, has cerebral palsy. She can't walk. Her power chair is how she gets around. That is how she "walks".
There are some times though, that she can't use her power chair. For example; the weather decides if she can go outside or not. If it's rainy, snowy, or icy she has to miss out on a quick trip into the store or library.
With this stroller she would be able to go in no matter what the weather is doing. It would only take a minute to open the stroller and put her in it; instead of unloading her ramp and then her chair, putting away the ramp and then loading her up.
There are other times that her powerchair limits her. We have been planning on a trip to the lake with our grandma. Taylors wheelchair can't go through the sand though. It weighs sevaral hundred pounds. She can't sit in a regular beach chair because she doesn't have enough control of her trunk. Mom can't hold her that long because she has now outgrown that stage. With this stroller, she could go right through the sand and up to the water.
One of the biggest difficulties we run into is having to avoid going to family and friends houses because her chair can't go inside. Mom would have to hold her up by sitting next her on a couch or the floor; which can be difficult. Taylor now weighs almost 100 pounds! :)
As you can see this stroller would allow her to do a lot of things. The examples given above and more! It might be difficult to understand why these things would be important to her but Taylor is now almost 18. As a family, we try to include her in everything we do. This chair would help us to make that happen.
The chair we are wanting to buy is called the EZ Rider Stroller . She needs a few accessories to go with it; Foot positioners, a 3-point positioning belt, a trunk support, and a hip abductor. All together it comes to $ 2,126. Please help me get this stroller for my sister! It would mean a lot to me and to her! Thank you.
