Taylor's fund to get yoga certified
Donation protected
After much reluctance, I decided to set up this funding campaign as I am often asked by others how they can help me in my journey to become yoga certified. If you don't already know, I have been called for a meaningful life purpose by helping others transform their lives through the healing aspects of yoga and meditation.
Aside from my full time job, I have also been working a part time job on the weekends since September, and
also started a gig with dog boarding at my home. With all this extra effort I am still short of meeting my goal of paying for my yoga teacher training tuition of $4,600 by February 1st.
My instruction will be from the Alive and Shine Center in Bellevue, Washington, home of one of the most well respected studios and teachers in the Pacific Northwest.
Once I receive my certification, my ultimate goal is to give back by donating my time and knowledge by teaching yoga in Washington's jails and prisons. I currently serve on the Programs Committee with Yoga Behind Bars, Washington State's only nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing yoga and meditation to prisons, jails and detention centers. Since 2008, YBB has helped thousands of incarcerated women, youth, and men transform their lives through our programs (More info about YBB at www.yogabehindbars.org).
Before I am able to help the mission further for YBB and begin teaching students in our communities I must first receive my 200 hour level certification and need your help today!
Much kindness for your support and generosity. God bless!
