Fix Katie's Computer!

Some of you may know me as the Lead (Currently only!) Programmer for the Atlas Park Revival (APR)  Project working on recreating City of Heroes in Unreal 4.  Recently I've been having major issues with my workstation, starting with windows booting taking 10+ minutes, random restarts, and recently the machine powering off and not coming back on for 2+ hours.  The money raised here will buy a replacement Motherboard, and CPU for my workstation which I've troubleshot as the issues.  I recently lost my job, and the tiny town I live in does not offer many employment opportunities.
