Escuela República de Guyana

As a school, we visited the Escuela República de Guyana elementary school in Costa Rica.  This trip was an eye-opening experience for everyone who went. The children and teachers there were welcoming, gracious and incredibly kind. We were introduced to all the students and played different games with them outside.  The children were so compassionate and so willing to let us into their lives.  The students in this school deserve to get the best education possible but this is difficult because of the school's lack of resources.  We want to help these children and teachers create an enviorment in which every child is givin the oppurnuinity to succeed. In order to do this, we want to raise money to send the school English-language instruction materials, which are very hard to come by in Costa Rica. Any donation is going to help in giving these kids a brighter future!
