Send Bill to Costa Rica

At almost 72, I'm aware that I have no clue how much longer I have to do some of the things I'd like.  And they're relatively simple things.  The primary one is a move to a climate and location where my COPD has less influence on the things I do.  I've found such a place.  San Jose, Costa Rica.
That's what one neighborhood looked like in 1993.  Downtown San Jose doesn't look too different from downtown Baltimore, these days.   But the climate is in the temperature range where I can be out all year long, instead of mostly housebound for 4+ months a year.  And it's a place that needs to grow in the Gospel.  And that's reason enough to want to go.

For now, the first step is an exploratory visit to be sure I'm headed where I need to be headed.  God needs to be in the details, including the finances.  As things solidify, we'll be sharing more of the details.
