Hey beautiful people.
I did it.
This local mum, crushed all the stereotypes and naysayers and has been selected to compete at the commonwealth games in April 2018 for Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
I feel honoured, thank you SVG!
However, the journey doesn't end there. I have worked very hard to get to this point whilst maintaining a special teaching role, studying and taking care of my primary school aged daughter.
It will still take a tremendous amount of dedication to take my training a step further and with that I need to sacrifice a few things; However, with your financial contributions, support, and or sponsorship we can make my debut at the games a brilliant success.
It warms my heart to receive all the feedback from young people, parents with daughters and or sons that have said my efforts has inspired them to go for what they believe in and equally change their stereotype of what it means to be a woman in what feels like turbulent times.
I am not the first to be a parent and become an athlete later in life but, I believe we all have a time in which we will shine brighter and empower others to do the same and for me that time is now.
So let me be real you; Myeomployers will not pay me for the time I am out at the games and so I need your help to stay afloat and make the dream worth every second that I believe it deserves..
I do not get paid to do this nor am I sponsored by any particular company.

I pay for my own Physio, Chiropractor to keep my spine and hips in good order. I buy all my own supplements and a weekly/monthly food shop is well you know a weekly/monthly food shop. Food is not cheap.
I also have to pay for my gym memberships, competitions between now and games and so I am asking you to give any amount that you can spare.
To help lighten the load and focus on WINNING !
What will the money will be used for:
Physiotherapy & Chiropractic Care £97.00 per session
Protein and supplements £100.00 per month
Competition fees: £35.00 each
£500 additional childcare when I am away
£2500.00 accommodation/ anti-doping, accreditation.
Gym memberships £72
