Help Stowe Family Resource Center!

The Stowe Family Resource Center is a critical resource for our community, making a huge impact on the over 300 families we serve. The Stowe Family Resource Center is Enfield's second Family Resource Center and helps to ensure that children enter school ready to learn, and provide education and support to strengthen parents in their role as their child's first and most important teacher.

We provide a variety of programs and resources for families. We offer monthly support groups for parents, grandparents raising grandchildren, and the Circle of Security parenting series. These groups along with our Learning through Play Groups for children ages birth-five provide families and children with the support they need to navigate the challenges they are faced with every day.  With our programs we are creating the foundation for children to be inquisitive and active learners, good students and positive contributors to the greater community. We are helping to shape a stronger brighter future for the families we serve and for our community!

The LEGO Community Fund US helped us start this Family Resource Center in 2012 with initial startup funding and has continued to support us each year, along with other local businesses, especially USA Hauling and Recycling and Shop Rite of Enfield.
