Coming to Seattle on May 30, 2015

The University of Washington School of Drama and Seattle Office of Arts & Culture present an innovative and exploratory theater conference that traverses through the heart of Seattle’s Chinatown. History and memory come alive through site-specific theatrical performances, new works by local Asian American playwrights, and a discussion panel on Asian American Theater with top Seattle-based theater artists. There will also be a dim sum luncheon featuring keynote remarks by Philip Kan Gotanda, award winning playwright and seminal figure in the Asian American Theater movement.

This one day event runs from 11:30am-4:30pm, tickets can be purchased here.

While ticket sales cover a majority of the conference costs, we need your additional support make this incredible event happen. Your contributions make a difference! Here's how...

By donating today you are funding:
- More student level tickets for the event

- Compensation to local Chinatown/International District businesses for use of their spaces

Any additional revenue made from ticket sales and donations will be gifted to the Wing Luke Museum of the Asian Pacific American Experience and the Chong Wa Benevolent Association.
