We've been asked by a non-profit entity, Cork Forest Conservation Alliance, to join them in documenting the people, places, and ideas that surround Spain's Cork Forests.
We'll travel across Spain for 10 days, shooting images, capturing video, and interviewing locals about their role in the supply chain- from tree, to harvest, to manufacture, to market! We'll focus on sustainability, regional cuisine, and local stories about how the forests provide much needed jobs, incredible biodiversity, and a timeless cultural element found no place else.
Upon returning, we'll design a photo book, a short documentary about the region and the cause, and provide the Cork Forest Conservation Alliance with hundreds of images, video clips, recipies, and interviews so they can continue to bring attention to the cause.
