I am raising money for my local community to purchase picture binders and PECS training for families and individuals in need of an effective communication system. PECS, Picture Exchange Communication System, is a research based, effective, globally know communication system.
Every $27.00 purchases a binder. My goal is 500 binders. That's 500 voices that may have never been heard otherwise. To me that's priceless.
I am also researching what the funding would need to be for providing an official PECS training for local families, caregivers and other community members in need of it. I will keep this frequently updated so look for upcoming news on that!!
