Shirley's Funeral and Burial Fund

Donation protected
Less than 4 weeks ago my Nana was diagnosed with cancer. There was a tumor inside her stomach as large as a sheet of paper, that extented out of her rectum to about the size of a grapefruit. She was immediately hospitalized and underwent surgery to prevent further infection in the area. The tumor, however, could not be removed and chemotherapy was not an option. After 5 days in the hospital she was released to her granddaughter Gabby's home, where she would spend her final weeks.

Shirley (Nana) was a beautiful, intelligent and hard working independent woman who loved her family dearly. She was in tune with the heavens and regularly attended church. She once visited The Pope in Rome and sang for him with her parishes choir. Shirley loved music and dancing. The hula was one of her favorite dances but she definitely knew how to boogie. She had a passion for gardening and grew beautiful roses and flowers at her home. She enjoyed eating out and spending quality time with friends and family.

Shirley worked in the beauty industry for over 60 years and even at 79 she still went to work everyday. She recorded every penny she recieved as income, even if she found it on the ground. She was the most honest woman I knew and never once would she jepordize her integrity.

Shirley had traveled the world and lived a fulfilled life. She is survived by her 3 children (Rachele, John, Joe), 4 grandchildren (Danielle, Gabriella, Jared, Calli), 8 great grandchildren (Tianna, Julianna, Julio jr, Escher, Brody, Jace, Haddie and Cash) and 1 great great grandchild yet to be born. She is deeply loved and greatly missed.

There was no time to prepare for Shirley's passing since nobody knew that the cancer would become agressive so quickly. Funeral arrangements that family thought might already have been taken care of, turns out was not. The funds are expected to be paid in full by the family, one week from today. We are asking that anyone willing to donate please do so here. Also please share this with your friends and family to generate more viewers. Thank you all in advance!
