Sharlene Kidney/Pancreas Transplant

Hi! I am Sharlene, I need help with the cost of Kidney/Pancreas transplant surgery and the numerous bills I have acquired this past year with Dialysis treatments, Diabetes and  multiple surgeries on my foot due to Charcot Foot. I know that I need to have $5,000 just for the kidney transplant and I already have $3,000+ from doctors and hospitals just this year alone; and co-pays, medicine and traveling to doctors eats up gas money quickly. Transplant surgery would make my quality of life so much better.  I know times are hard for everyone but any help would be amazingly generous.
