Shadows Of St. Louis - A Benefit for the Homeless
Even if you don't always see them, shadows are there. They are faceless, nameless shapes we often ignore. Sadly, the same is true for the homeless of St. Louis. You may not see them on the street where you live, where you work, or where St. Louisans play, but they are among us, and they need OUR help!
Whether it is the displaced family whose bread-winners lost their jobs in a down economy, the person who admittedly made some bad choices and can't seem to recover from them, or the struggling veteran who served our nation so proudly only to wind up living on the streets he/she protected, the invaluable resources for this rapidly growing demographic are dwindling. 
From tightening pocketbooks and fewer charitable contributions to restrictive city codes & local ordinances, the local climate of indifference and intolerance is threatening the few services that remain for our fellow citizens. These organizations need our help to continue to provide hope to those among us who need it the most!
Opening May 8, 2015, award winning local photographer Nic Tullis, aka Photos By iPhonetography, will be hosting a solo show & auction at Soulard Art Market & Contemporary Gallery to benefit St. Patrick Center. The exhibit will run through June 6, 2015, with all proceeds going directly to St. Patrick Center to help fund one of Missouri’s largest providers of housing, employment and health opportunities for people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Their mission, at its core, is to help individuals and families move from homelessness to independence in dignified, cost-effective and permanent ways. 
Among some of the pieces to be auctioned off are the iconic "Focus On St. Louis," "Art Hill," "Busch Stadium - Night," and many more.
Nic is asking for sponsors to help make this show happen! Sponsors will be included in all marketing pieces, including press releases, postcards, flyers, and more.
