Need help with bills due to injury

After I got out of the Navy, I was working a job then seemingly out of nowhere I went down with a badly herniated disc which kept me bedridden for months. For a long time I couldn't even stand for a minute without sciatic pain shooting down my left leg. I'm slowly recovering, but the amount of money I have now is limited. I'm late in my car payments, and I've been living with a roommate these past few months who's about to move out and I'm going to have no place to stay due to the lack of money. I've been trying to find a new job regardless if it's going to hurt my back against because I desperately need money to catch up on these bills and find a new place to stay. In the mean time I started a gofundme to at least try to get some money so I can at least catch up on the bills in the mean time.
