Reuniting Sam with Karisa

Hello this is Sam my daughters puppy that went missing nearly 4 years ago. She was heartbroken as this was a birthday gift to her. Now after 4 years we have received a call that sam was located by his micro chip in Cedar Rapids Iowa.
WoW huh that was our first reaction too! We thought he was goneforever.
He was a gift forKarisa when she was about 4 years old. He was rescued by the SPCA in poor condition. Sam is now in Iowa receiving needed medical treatment. As you can imagine the best way to get him home from Iowa to New Orleans is to fly him which cost roughly 250 dollars. I am reaching out for help to reunite Karisa with her dog that she thought she would never see again.
