A solo motorcycle across the USA

Raised on a mountain in Vermont off the grid, i grew up used to a rougher style life. Little did I know that when i was older, it would define who i was as a person. 
Now at the age of 23, I find myself pulled by the lull of adventures. Throughout my life I've experienced all sorts of them, but none that can hold a candle to the beauty of traveling, and everything that comes with it. So it is with that regard that i have decided to drive a motorcycle almost 6000 miles to Alaska. 


I'm doing this for many reasons. To find myself and who I am- my father died when i was in highschool of Cancer and my mother soon moved away, leaving me with my own house in the wilderness. To decide my future, and what i want to do with my life, by seeing what is truly possible, what is out there in the great big world. And to enjoy life- to suck the very marrow out of all that there is to find. 


I have created this page, and am writing this, in hope that others will help me on my adventure. My funds are limited. I've sold my car, snowmobile and four wheeler and dumped all my savings together, to buy a quality motorcycle, camping gear and moto gear. I'm trying to look now for funds for fuel, for both me and the bike- gas and food. From fellow adventurers maybe, or maybe from those who arent able to do adventures like this due to their lifestyles. 


I plan on sharing much of my trip through social media including Facebook ,Tumblr and my Blog.
I hope that somehow, I can wrangle the funds together and follow my dreams north, to Alaska!
