Ryland Lundy was a great friend to so many. We say that about a lot of people after they have passed, but for Ryland the truth of it was in his every day interactions with people. No matter what he was going through, he had a smile, a hug or a joke ready to make your day better.
Ryland fell ill Monday and went to the ER with pain. He was admitted and an exploratory procedure found that his vital organs had begun to shut down. He was placed in ICU and sedated. After his family was reached, they decided to enact a DNR. He was on a ventilator, but his heart will not be restarted should it stop. Although he is surrounded by friends, this is an incredibly hard time for everyone.
Ryland passed early this morning, Wednesday, July 1st. Services celebrating his life will be held this Sunday, July 5th, at Central Nazarene Church in Lenexa, Kansas. The address is 12600 W 87th Street Pkwy, Lenexa, KS 66215-2814.
Now it is our turn to give to Ryland, to support him as best we can while we say our farewells. Please help us with whatever you can to pay for Ryland's memorial service and final expenses. It is our wish that he knows just how many of you were touched by his life, and the faster we can raise this money, the faster we can join together to share stories of the great, kind man he was.
