The Old Mill has been epic to say the least and we are on our final leg of this journey and we need your HELP now more than ever... We are Jette & Erick Utley ~ The new owners of the the Fairview Roller Mill!
We are raising money to restore and save the Old Mill in Fairview Utah. The Old Roller Mill is one of the most iconic buildings in Sanpete County as well as one of the most photographed and painted buildings in all of Utah.
The Roller Mill was built in 1921 and had a long history serving local farmers & ranchers.
The Money will be used for materials for so many of the projects to preserve the Old Mill, i.e., Plumbing, Electrical, Insulation, Furnace, Exterior Paint, Interior Finishes... etc..
This amazing building has 6 floors that need to be cleaned, de-constructed, re-constructed, and finished in a manner that is pleasing to the Old and New History of the building.
This Project will help preserve a building that means so much to the small community of Fairview as well as help us turn The Roller Mill in to the Forever Home that we could not have ever imagined without your help!
We are so thankful that we found The Old Roller Mill before it fell to the gound in disrepair! So far we have replace the falling in roof with 4,500 sq ft galvinized corrugated metal roof. We have new water service and sewer running to the property. We've also run a new gas line run to the property.
We are so Grateful for your Help & Support in keeping a small piece of history alive and here for generations to come!
