Mom's kicking cancer's butt!

Let's help Deena fight her battle with lung cacner. She recently got diagnosed with Stage II Atypical Carcinoid Tumor, and had to quickly have the right middle lobe of her lung removed. She was in the hospital 17 days, and in a nursing facility for another 5 days. She is now home and going through many doctor appointments, physical therapy, and will be starting chemo in a few weeks. This diagnosis was a big surprise, considering she has never been a smoker. The surgeon said in the 25 years he's been doing this, he has never had a case quite like hers. She's been strong battling this, but obviously has needed to take extensive time off work. She is currently out on disability but with her "normal" bills, monthly insurance cost ($330+/mo after employer contribution), and the many medical bills pouring in, it is rough to cover it all. I have been attempting to cover as much of the costs as possible, but with a $6,600 out of pocket max and medical bills coming in every day, the $3,000 hospital bill is still looming over our heads.
