Rebuild the Rabbit

Hello, my name is Anton, I am 29 and I am trying to rebuild a 1980 Volkswagen Rabbit pickup truck. I drove it ten years ago, and a series of unfortunate events took it away from me.

I recently found it again and would like to completely rebuild it for safety and reliability. It looks like it's had a rough ten years, and I need help getting it to drive again, fixing rust in unsafe areas, finding engine and transmission parts, and finally interior work and new paint.

I am about to return to college full time and will have a very difficult time trying to afford both projects. If you decide to help me realize my dream, thank you!
