This is our friend Leroy Brazile.

Leroy is an amazing person with a heart of gold. A caring friend, loving father, and husband.

A little over a month ago, without warning, Leroy woke up with blurred vision and 4 hours later was completely blind.

He was diagnosed with acute glaucoma. It's a type of glaucoma that onsets quickly and can leave the victim completely blind if not treated immediately. Leroy had emergency surgery to save his eyes and luckily, he's going to make a full recovery.

The bad news is, this comes on the heels of just starting a new job after several months of unemployment. Now, he is temporarily on disability and unable to work and provide for his family. His insurance at his new job had also not yet kicked in and he is paying for Cobra.

This has been a major financial burden on Leroy and his family and without your help, they are in danger of losing their apartment.

Leroy would never ask for this kind of help from anyone... so we're asking for him. Please, help our friend.
