Hope Lives Slaughter Horse Rescue

My name is Chelsea Miller and I, along with  my two oldest daughters, Grey and Mattia have a small yet growing slaughter horse rescue.  I posted a video yesterday  called Hope Lives and I have received an overwhelming amount of support.  I started Hope Lives with the express desire to not only rescue the most sick and helpless horses on the Feed lots but to also begin a massive campaign to stop the needless suffering of these incredible animals. Hope Lives also serves to contribute funds to rescue groups (other 501c3) who are struggling financially.   We will never stop the rescue effort but it will be futile if the public is not properly educated on responsible horse ownership and the suffering these animals endure due to overbreeding and greed.  We can and we will come up with a solution, I am calling on the public to join me in this and to put an end to the shipment of American horses to foreign, ungoverned slaughter houses.
