i need a new Scooter and device

Hello My Name is Richard i am verry outgoing and fun loving person however i was born with no voice i am non verbal man i use a mechine to talk to people when i have have no access to this mechine it is hard for me to talk to the world as a person would who is able to speek their mind at the moment i have no way of useing this mechine do to my insurance not being able to cover it  i am useing a word chart with letters to tell people every day to day things such as good morning , how are you , how is the weather  the cost of it is over 9,000 and i would like to just try and see if their is a kind hearted people left in the world who would be willing to help me out not asking for the world  just to be able to speek to people thank you for reading my story   <3  <3
