We all know someone who, without question, makes your community a better place to live. Someone who chooses to spend their time doing whatever they can, big or small, to help out their neighbor(s). Someone who we believe deserves the time to have their story told.
We are three ordinary guys with one mission: to share the stories of Canadians who have made a significant impact on their community and to show our neighbours the power of small acts of kindness. Thing is, we need your help to make it all happen.
It all started with a discussion surrounding the fear of saying goodbye to a university, a community and a best friend and ended with a dream to offer an epic tribute to the school that taught us who we are and who we want to be. Together we are getting into a car and driving coast to coast across Canada to find community All-Stars and share their stories.
We know that we cannot do this alone. That is why we hope that you can see the good in us. Discount Car Rental and My Road Workout believe that what we are doing is very special and are supporting our project. Still, we need funding for gas, food and resources/materials needed in order to start and complete our journey. We have already secured half of our funding but we still need$15,000 to make this happen. 20$ would pay for half of a tank of gas, 50$ would work towards resources for our small acts of kindness and 100$ would feed one of us for a week on our six weeks journey. Another way to support our project is to simply share our social media pages so that we can get the exposure that we need.
