I am Sara Snyder, and I am producing and directing an original short play of mine for FronteraFest 2015's Short Fringe, called, "Pulling the Plug" that will be playing at Hyde Park Theatre January 16th. http://www.fronterafest.org/
This is a comedic short about a brother and sister, whose terminally ill father has requested to leave this world on his own terms and not in a hospital bed. This request brings them to a small and unwelcoming brothel where they go on a mission to find the woman who will help give their father a mercy killling.
The $700 I am raising will cover compensation of my actors and my Assistant Director, costumes, props, set dressing, and all necessary set pieces.
