My name is Yvonne Mote, my family and I are trying to raise money to pay for my brothers funeral cost. His name was Shane Watkins and although he  was a mentally ill person who needed help he was also the sweetest person who was dearly loved  by his parents, two older brothers, one older sister, nieces and nephew.  Shane knew he needed help but unfortunately was turned away from the hospital and the mental health center just two days prior to his death. On Thursday March 19, 2015 he called the police for help because he was having a schizophrenic episode, instead of receiving the help he requested he was shot and killed.
