PEARL Parrot Rescue needs your help

As many of you have seen on the news, Animal Rescue League has just received over 200 animals from a hoarding situation. Read here 

PEARL Parrot Education, Adoption and Rehoming League is a no-kill organization. The is to mission to provide quality education to current and potential parrot or bird owners, as well as assiting in relocation for found or unwanted birds.

PEARL Parrot rescue is taking in 15 of the larger parrots. Some of the parrots are not well and clearly in need of vet work and medicine.  A well vet visit starts at $100 for basic bloodwork. Additional tests and medicine for ill parrots can skyrocket quickly. 

The cages the birds came in were entirely too small and filthy. These cages were described as "travel carrier size" by the ARL.  WE ARE IN DESPERATE, IMMEDIATE NEED OF CAGES.

The birds are also in need of toys, perches and food.

 We are hoping for a couple 40 x 30 dome tops and a couple 64x32 or 80x40 double cages could be donated to give them appropriate housing in their foster homes.
