Orange is moving! We just aren’t sure where, yet.
Ownership of the building has recently changed, a development of which we became aware in February. Our current lease expires in May, and the new owner has decided to increase our rent by 50%. We love being in Carytown and hope to stay here, but we are exploring new options as well.
We are working with a great agent to find a good fit for us, and our artists. We are excited for what this next chapter will bring!
Since we're not prepared for a move, between rents, deposits, labor cost, and making a new space amazing, we are hoping you all would help. Our goal is to have as little disruption to business while we move.
Our goal is to raise $12,000 to help us get established in the new space. We are grateful for any help in this next step we can get, and all the support we have had over the past four years.
