Babyface here! I will be having top surgery with Dr. Garramone in Florida on April 16th. Unfortunately my insurance did not cover the surgery because they deemed it not 'medically necessary'. So, I had to take out a loan of $7k and the cost of travel/lodging will cost me around $1k because I ahve to stay in Florida for a week.
