On the Road to Love....Literally

Donation protected
Come the end of April, I will have graduated from Grad School at the University of South Carolina in teaching. At the end of this semester I am packing all my belongings and moving out west to start a life with my girlfriend Kiele Binsted. We have not seen each other since January and we are very eager to be together once again. She has been living by herself and dealing with multiple physical ailments that can be extremely debilitating.

Her latest ailment is TMJ which causes her jaw to be in constant pain.  It is severely eroded, and she has to wear a very bulky hard plastic mouth gaurd 24/7 for an entire year followed my major oral surgery.  She also has a bladder disease called Interstitial Cystitis  which makes her feel like she has a constant Urinary Tract Infection. And she has a kidney disorder called Gitelmans Syndrome which causes many serious imbalances in the body.

However, the most serious of her ailments is a rare heart disease called ARVD for which she has an internal defibrillator implanted in her chest that shocks her if her heart beat gets too high. It recently went off when she was working out and has since had major panic attacks and extreme anxiety.  Kiele is meeting me at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore for a seminar on her heart disease where world renowned doctors attend and will be nothing but helpful.  We will then make our way to our temporary home in Jackson, WY with a pit stop in Denver, CO.

Kiele has a lot of issues to deal with and after graduation I will be driving out to be with her to give her the love and support she needs. Since I am putting myself through college, moving to Jackson, WY from Columbia,SC and then moving again with her to Denver, CO at the end of the summer so I can begin my career as a teacher, I am lacking the funds to drive across country. She is lacking the funds as well as she is drowning in medical bills.  I am asking for donations for the gas, food, and lodging that we will need to make the cross country drive.  She is the love of my life and we are ready to begin our life together. Thank you for all the support.

You can read more on her story here:

Sadly due to all her illnesses, she has not had the motivation to write a current or recent blog post, but she is working on it.
